Hey there amazing people! I'm Carmela Martinelli, as you may already know, I am the founder of photobycarm.

Every single day I look around me and I see the beauty in the smallest of things everywhere I go, whether it's the sky, or beautiful people, or places and things. It's a constant art and living like that is a dream. This is when I knew my love for the world could be turned into a burning passion for photography. I love what I do and I love the joy I bring others when they see the beauty I see within themselves.

My journey started when I was young, always taking pictures on my mom's phone and a small digital camera I was gifted by my grandparents. Since then, it's all history and the future has yet to be created.

Thank you to my mom, my boyfriend, and my amazing family for the constant love and support, you are all I could ever ask for.

As a photographer, there's something about meeting new clients who become more than just clients, they become new friends, and some, family. Ever since starting my photography journey, I have encountered nothing but amazing people. I have met new people who amaze me with their kindness, and to me, that's the best part of my job. Seeing people confident in their own skin, all while taking images with me is something I can't describe. The love and the glow from within radiants into this energy that you can see through an image and lens. The more people I meet and have involved with my career, the more I fall in love with what I do.

So thank you, you are the reason I am in love with my life as a photographer, and I hope I am the reason a photograph puts a smile on your face.
